We help you one on one or group settings to be resilient and find your capacity. We encourage you to face your fears by building resilience to barriers and taking control. The workshops are effective in building your self-esteem and self-confidence for everyday independence. Finding friendships with other participants and sharing your experiences. Our one-on-one sessions are also helpful for new participants to gain confidence and can be more comfortable.

 

All services are tailored to your needs. We encourage you to take part in your recovery. 

We establish realistic goals and targets for growth and development.

We work with your support coordinator and plan managers.
